The story

Jammu taught me the problems.
Everything since taught me the craft.

I grew up in Jammu, where most systems that matter — courts, hospitals, government counters — run on paper, patience, and somebody’s nephew who knows the clerk. That’s not a complaint. It's a product education: you learn to see exactly where a process breaks a person, because you’re usually the person.

My work since has been one long attempt to close that gap with software: dictation AI for judges who’d never used a computer comfortably, call intelligence for clinic front desks drowning in missed calls, document AI for billing teams re-typing PDFs at 9pm. Different industries, same shape — a slow manual loop, a human quietly absorbing the cost, and an AI product that only works if it survives the real world’s accents, scans, and interruptions.

I work at the unfashionable end of AI: not the demo, the deployment. That’s the part I love.

Joined as a technical CSM for North American dental practices, became the person their angriest customers were routed to, and turned that seat into product ownership: the escalation queue is the best discovery pipeline a PM will ever get. Named Employee of the Year along the way. Today I own call intelligence — the AI that listens to a clinic's phone line and turns it into bookings, follow-ups, and revenue the practice would otherwise lose.

Project Manager — AI dictation rollout

Implemented AI dictation software across the judicial courts of J&K — 286 judges and judicial officers — and customised the speech models for the local accent and dialect. My first lesson in AI product reality: the demo works in a quiet office; the product has to work in a courtroom in Srinagar.
